    中国大学生数字素养现状、问题与对策 ——基于全国29,425名学生的样本数据

数字化时代背景下,大学生的数字素养已成为适应数字经济、参与全球竞争以及推动国家信息化战略的核心要素。研究基于全球数字素养框架(Digital Literacy Global Framework, DLGF)开发了数字素养问卷,面向全国616所不同层次的本专科高校开展调查,共涵盖29,425名不同专业背景和学历层次的学生。研究结果显示,大学生的数字素养整体水平较为良好,但在“数字内容创建”与“职业相关能力”等能力域方面相对较弱。同时,不同学历、专业及社会经济背景的学生群体的数字素养总得分差异显著,且在不同能力域内优势学生群体的构成亦有所不同。进一步探究大学生数字素养的影响因素,则发现“家庭资本”和“院校支持”对学生的数字素养具有正向促进作用。


【英文摘要】:

In the context of digital age, the digital literacy of college students has become a core element for adapting to the digital economy, participating in global competition, and promoting the national informatization strategy. This study developed a digital literacy questionnaire based on the Digital Literacy Global Framework (DLGF), and conducted a survey among 616 colleges and universities of different levels in China, covering a total of 29,425 students with different professional backgrounds and academic levels. The research results indicate that the overall level of digital literacy of college students is relatively good, but they are relatively weak in the competency domains of "digital content creation" and "career-related abilities". Meanwhile, there are significant differences in the total scores of digital literacy among student groups with different academic, professional and socioeconomic backgrounds, and the composition of the dominant student groups in different competency domains is also different. Further exploration of the influencing factors of digital literacy among college students reveals that "family capital" and "institutional support" have a positive effect on students' digital literacy.
