教师是教育事业的工作母机,研修是教师专业成长的主要方式。人机协同视域下的教师研修是人工智能时代教师专业发展的重要路径,理清人机协同视域下教师研修的价值内涵、掌握其表征形态、明确其实践进路,对教师研修的相关研究有着深远意义。文章通过剖析人机协同视域下教师研修的价值内涵,揭示其表征形态主要包括多域耦合的研修场域、分布式的多组织研修、协同交互的智能服务、群智融合的研修决策,并从聚焦人机协同融合素养的培育、重塑人机协同视域下的教师角色、建立动态平衡的人机关系、打造共生理念指导下的研修生态四个方面,提出人机协同视域下教师研修的实践进路。


【英文摘要】:

Teachers are the working machine of education, and training is the main way of teachers' professional growth. Teacher training from the perspective of man-machine collaboration is an important path for teachers' professional development in the era of artificial intelligence, and it is of far-reaching significance to clarify the value connotation of teacher training from the perspective of human-machine collaboration, grasp its representation form, and clarify its practical approach. By analyzing the value connotation of teacher training from the perspective of human-machine collaboration, this paper reveals that its representation forms mainly include multi-domain coupled training field, distributed multi-organization training, collaborative and interactive intelligent service, and training decision-making with group-intelligence fusion. And from the four aspects of focusing on the cultivation of human-machine collaborative integration literacy, reshaping the teacher role under the human-machine collaborative perspective, establishing a dynamic and balanced human-machine relationship, and building a training ecology under the guidance of the concept of symbiosis, this paper puts forward the practical approach of teacher training from the perspective of human-machine collaboration.
