学习力提升对个体、教育和社会发展至关重要。学习力的概念依旧是一项悬而未决的论题,日常生活中人们对其理解模糊,相关研究存在复杂化倾向。学习力概念的清晰化有助于联结理论与实践。首先,文章分析了日常语境中学习力的多样化表达,并揭示其作为描述性符号、隐喻机制和思维惯性的潜在逻辑。其次,文章对学习力的概念史进行考察,从概念探源、理解取向、构成要素等方面形成整体性观照。再次,文章从整合论的视角认为学习力是多维的概念谱系,是指向自主学习、学习能力和学会学习的灵活表达,并基于此提出学习力的要素关系模型和整合型概念谱系框架。最后,文章从学习力的可塑性、实践性与情境性三个方面展望未来研究的核心关切,以期促进学习力研究与实践落细、落地和落实。


【英文摘要】:

Enhancing learning power is crucial for individual, educational, and social development. The concept of learning power remains an unresolved topic. In everyday parlance, people's understanding of it is vague, and related research tends to be complicated. Clarifying the concept of learning power helps to connect theory and practice. First, this paper analyzes the diverse expressions of learning power in daily contexts and reveals its underlying logic as descriptive symbols, metaphorical mechanisms, and psychological inertia. Second, this paper examines the conceptual history of learning power, forming a holistic view from the aspects such as conceptual origins, interpretative orientations, and constituent elements. Third, from an integrative perspective, this paper posits that learning power is a multidimensional conceptual genealogy, flexibly expressing self-regulated learning, learning ability, and learning how to learn, and based on this proposes a model of the element relationship of learning power and an integrated conceptual genealogy framework. Finally, this paper envisions core concerns of future research in terms of the plasticity, practicality, and contextualization of learning power, with a view to promoting a detailed, grounded, and implemented research and practice of learning power.
