跨学科教育已成为全球教育发展的重要趋势,我国近年来通过一系列政策举措积极推进跨学科教育改革。然而,跨学科教学对教师教学能力提出了严峻挑战,要求教师必须具备多学科知识整合和有效的课程设计等能力。研究聚焦于提升教师跨学科教学设计质量和效率这一关键问题。基于以学科大概念为核心的跨学科主题教学设计模式,结合基于生成式人工智能的智能体技术,研究构建了教师—智能体协同教学支持模型。该模型包括四个核心部分:跨学科知识库构建、智能体精细分工与思维链构建、大型语言模型选择与角色定义、教学方案整合与迭代优化。通过在“小型系统模拟”跨学科课程中实践应用该模型,阐明了教师—智能体协同教学支持模型的有效性和创新价值。研究为教育技术创新和跨学科主题教学实践提供了新的理论框架和实施路径,对推动跨学科教育发展和实现教育数字化转型具有一定意义。


【英文摘要】:

Interdisciplinary education has become an important trend in the development of global education, and China has actively promoted interdisciplinary education reform through a series of policy initiatives in recent years. However, interdisciplinary teaching poses a serious challenge to teachers' teaching ability, which requires teachers to have the ability to integrate multidisciplinary knowledge and to design effectively. The study focuses on improving the quality and efficiency of teachers' interdisciplinary instructional design. Based on the interdisciplinary thematic instructional design model centred on big ideas in disciplines, combined with generative AI agent technologies, the study constructs a teacher-agent collaborative teaching support model. The model consists of four core parts: construction of interdisciplinary knowledge base, refined division of labor among agents and construction of chain of thought, selection of large language model and definition of roles, and integration of teaching plan and iterative optimization. By applying the model in the interdisciplinary course"Small System Simulation" , the study elucidates the effectiveness and innovative value of the teacher-agent collaborative teaching support model. The study provides a new theoretical framework and implementation path for educational technology innovation and interdisciplinary thematic teaching practice, which is of great significance in promoting the development of interdisciplinary education and realizing the digital transformation of education.
