创新人才的贯通式培养是国际趋势、时代所需。文章以建立长周期的人工智能创新人才贯通式培养体系为目的,旨在破除当前人工智能教育学段割裂、简单交叉重复的窠臼。文章分析了人工智能创新人才贯通式培养的价值意涵,结合现实中普遍存在的“四个不贯通”挑战,提出并阐释了融合“普及—提升—拔尖”三个阶段,贯通目标体系、能力与素养、内容体系、课程与教材、评价体系和平台与资源六个维度的“三阶六维”人工智能创新人才贯通式培养体系与构建路径。最后,文章从顶层设计、高校引领、早期选育、UGBS协同和师资队伍建设等方面提出了五条具体建议,以期为人工智能拔尖创新人才的自主培养及深入落实教育部人工智能普及任务提供理论参考。


【英文摘要】:

Continuous cultivation of innovation talents represents an international trend and critical need of the era. With the purpose of establishing a long-term continuous cultivation system for AI innovative talents, the article aims to break the current stereotypes of segmentation and simple cross-repeat in AI education. This study examines the value of a continuous cultivation system for innovative AI talents. It identifies and analyzes the "four disconnections" challenges prevailing in current AI education, and proposes the "three-stage and six-dimensional" system as a solution. This system integrates three stages of "popularization, enhancement and excellence cultivation" and six construction pathways, i.e., goal systems, capabilities and literacy, content frameworks, curricula and teaching materials, evaluation systems, and platforms and resources. Specific recommendations are provided in areas such as top-level design, university leadership, early talents identification and cultivation, UGBS collaboration, and faculty development. This study provides theoretical guidance for the independent cultivation of Chinese top-tier innovative AI talents and the effective implementation of the Ministry of Education's recent AI education popularization mission.
