学科治理是大学治理的重要组成部分,也是大学治理现代化的重要载体。数字化转型背景下,数字技术嵌入大学学科治理并产生耦合作用,已成为重塑学科治理体系、提升学科治理效能的重要尝试。但由于数字技术与学科治理之间的异质性,造成数字技术嵌入学科治理中的决策规划、参与力量、资源配置、评价反馈等着力点后,形成赋能与风险的双重效应。正向效应体现出学科治理价值、主体、结构及方式的转变,负向效应体现出理性迷失、情感脱嵌、刚性管控、过度化简等风险挑战。对此,应探寻价值弥合、主体联合、平台整合、情境融合的双向调适之道,以超越赋能与风险之间的失衡与龃龉,实现数字技术对学科治理尽可能更多的赋能。


【英文摘要】:

Disciplinary governance is an important part of university governance, and is also an important carrier of modernization of university governance. Under the background of digital transformation, the embedding of digital technology in university disciplinary governance and its coupling effect have become an important attempt to reshape the system of disciplinary governance and enhance its effectiveness. However, due to the heterogeneity between digital technology and disciplinary governance, the embedding of digital technology in the decision-making planning, participation forces, resource allocation, and evaluation and feedback of disciplinary governance will result in dual effects of empowerment and risk. The positive effects reflect the transformation of the value, subject, structure, and mode of disciplinary governance, while the negative effects reflect the risks and challenges such as loss of rationality, emotional de-embedding, rigid control, and over-simplification. Therefore, it is necessary to seek a dual adjustment approach of value reconciliation, subject cooperation, platform integration, and contextual convergence, in order to transcend the imbalance and friction between empowerment and risk, and achieve as much empowerment as possible for disciplinary governance through digital technology.
