智能技术的蓬勃发展对建立学段贯通的人工智能课程体系提出了迫切要求,然而我国现行的课程标准中,暂时仅将人工智能列为中学阶段的学习安排。政策的暂时“空窗”使得小学人工智能校本课程的开发在确定内容范畴、体系结构、实施载体等方面陷入困境。具体来说,在课程开发实践中表现为三方面困境:一是课程内容的价值定位模糊,二是课程内容与素养培育的关系松散,三是课程内容的难度把握不准。这使得小学人工智能校本课程的应有价值未能实现。研究提出,从课程内容开发取向研究明确内容定位,从基本范畴研究探析课程内容的广度与深度,从体系框架研究明确课程内容全貌,进而确定课程内容的开发依据;从内容呈现形式、顺序安排和组织样态三方面进行探析,达成以立德树人为根本、学生需求为标准、问题解决为核心的课程内容组织逻辑,以期为完善我国小学人工智能教育体系建设提供镜鉴。


【英文摘要】:

The rapid development of intelligent technology has put forward an urgent requirement for the establishment of a coherent artificial intelligence (AI) curriculum system for school segments. However, in the current curriculum standards in China, AI is only temporarily arranged for study in the secondary school stage. This temporary policy "gap" leads to difficulties in the development of school-based AI curriculum in primary school in terms of determining content scope, system structure, implementation carriers. Specifically, there are three dilemmas in the practice of curriculum development, namely the vague value orientation of curriculum content, a loose relationship between curriculum content and competency cultivation, and imprecise grasp of the difficulty of curriculum content. This prevents the realization of the intended value of school-based AI curriculum in primary school. This study proposes to clarify the content positioning from the perspective of curriculum content development, to explore the breadth and depth of curriculum content from the perspective of basic category, and to define the overall picture of curriculum content from the perspective of system framework, thereby determining the development basis for curriculum content. Furthermore, this study explores content presentation forms, sequence arrangements and organizational patterns to achieve an organizational logic of curriculum content that is fundamentally based on cultivating virtue and fostering talent, standardized by student needs, and focused on problem-solving. The aim is to provide a reference for improving the construction of AI education system in primary school in China.
