    智能教育优绩主义倾向纠偏

智能不断塑造社会的基本形态,其之于教育应用已不再是“否定”的缺失之态,转而呈现出一派“积极”的充溢之象。智能教育以其规模化的资源共享、个性化的学习定制与数据化的学习计算承诺了教育目标公平与自由、教学应用专属与适恰及教育评价高效与精准的美好诺言,却也无意识地悄然落入智能教育优绩主义至上的迷思陷阱。教育目标的“理想主义”盲目许诺、教学应用的“行为主义”外在规训与学习评价的“绩效主义”成效量校无不显现对主体自然生命的无形优绩围困。摆脱智能优绩迷雾的现实阻隔在于对教育整全生命的向往与唤醒,实现马克思主义“自然人”的智能教育价值转向,回归智能教育目标偏倚中生命驱动的“人是目的”观,坚守智能教学行为驯化中生命显现的“人本质即人本身”观,彰显智能学习评价藩篱中生命自在的“人的全面发展”观。立足向往,回应现实,智能教育尚需在内外兼修中回归自然本真,在坚固本身、完备形制中不忘教育初心。


【英文摘要】:

Intelligence is continuously shaping the basic form of society, and its application to education has shifted from a "negative" deficiency to a "positive" abundance. Intelligent education, with its promise of fair and free educational goals, exclusive and appropriate teaching applications, and efficient and precise educational evaluations through large-scale resource sharing, personalized learning customization and data-driven learning computation, has also unconsciously fallen into the mythological trap of the supremacy of meritocracy in intelligent education. The blind promise of "idealism" of educational goals, the "behaviorism" of external discipline in teaching and learning, and the "performanceism" of learning evaluation are all manifestations of the invisible siege of the subject's natural life. Getting rid of the intelligent meritocracy lies in the aspiration and awakening of the whole life of education, realizing the Marxist "natural man"value of intelligent education, returning to the life-driven perspective of "human beings as ends" view in the biased goals of intelligent education, adhering to the view of "human essence as the human itself" in the domestication of intelligent teaching behaviors, and highlighting the concept of "comprehensive development of human beings" that manifests the freedom of life in the barriers of intelligent evaluation. Based on the aspiration and responding to the reality, intelligent education needs to return to the natural through internal and external cultivation, and not to forget the original intention of education while strengthening itself and completing the system.
