在两个大变局下,教育智能化现象引起全球瞩目。研究溯源了人工智能技术融入教育的历史脉络,以及三十年以来全球信息科技融入教育呈现“中美并发争先,亚洲部分国家表现亮眼,世界主要各国呈雁阵”的新态势。在底层逻辑上揭示了人工智能之所以颠覆教育的人技关系质性变化、智能教育社会实验黑箱特性、人工智能强赋能双刃剑效应三大根源性特征。通过将全球人工智能指数和教育强国指数作关联聚类,分类阐释了世界主要国家在推动教育智能化进程时的政策策略;从开辟数字教育新赛道的视角为中国教育的智能化发展提出路向建议,以回应教育强国建设、人工智能何为的时代之问。


【英文摘要】:

Midst two major transformations, the phenomenon of educational intelligence has captured global attention. This paper has traced the historical integration of artificial intelligence technology into education, and summarized the new trend of global information technology integration into education in the past 30 years, indicating that "China and the United States are racing ahead in parallel, some Asian countries have shown remarkable performance, and major countries around the world are forming a geese formation".That three fundamental features uncovered enable AI to transform education is: the qualitative change of human-technology relationship, the black-box nature of social experiments on intelligent education, and the double-edged sword nature of strong empowerment by AI. Based on a correlation analysis of the global AI index and education power index, this paper demonstrates the policy strategies of major countries in promoting the process of educational intelligence. From the perspective of opening up a new track of digital education, this paper proposes suggestions for the intelligent development of China's education, in response to the question of the times regarding the construction of a strong education nation and what artificial intelligence is for.
