在数字技术教育利用率上升、数字化学习常态化、数字素养成为一种关键能力的教育数字化转型背景下,未来学习数字化成为必然趋势。PISA(2025)《在数字世界中学习测评框架》明确了“在数字世界中学习”的定义,基于社会建构学习观聚焦学生运用计算化工具进行问题解决和自我调节学习过程,构建了“一外一内、两主六小”的能力模型,提出了反映学习过程本质的“四阶段”任务模型,开发了展现“数据驱动”过程性、“学生档案”综合性为代表的证据模型。PISA(2025)《在数字世界中学习测评框架》展现出交互式建模、复杂能力导向、重视过程性评估、揭示学习过程本质等特点,将对培养和评价学生数字化学习能力产生巨大影响,借鉴其理念经验,有助于推进和完善我国青少年学习的数字化转型。


【英文摘要】:

In the context of the digital transformation of education, where the utilization of digital technology in education is on the rise, digital learning has become normalized, and digital literacy has become a key competency, the digitalization of learning has become an inevitable trend in the future. The PISA Learning in the Digital World assessment framework has clarified the definition of "learning in the digital world" and focused on students' use of computational tools for problem-solving and self-regulated learning from a social constructivist perspective. It has also constructed a competency model, proposed a "four-stage" task model reflecting the nature of the learning process, and developed an evidence model that presents the "data-driven" process and the comprehensiveness of "student portfolio". The PISA Learning in the Digital World assessment demonstrates the characteristics such as interactive modeling, complex competency orientation, the focus on formative assessment, and the revelation of the nature of learning process, which will have a great impact on the cultivation and assessment of students' digital learning ability. Drawing on its concepts and experience will help to advance and improve the digital transformation of Chinese Adolescent Learning.
