“人工智能+”时代,随着生成式人工智能、数据智能等新兴技术的快速发展,运用现代信息技术完善社会治理、提升政府治理能力已经成为全球范围内的发展趋势并得到普遍重视。在教育领域,以现代信息技术支撑教育治理体系和能力现代化,推动教育治理现代化发展成为必然路径。文章首先从理论研究的视角,梳理了教育信息化治理的提出以及在智能时代的新发展;其次,从整体上审视和把握教育信息化治理各要素之间的关系,系统构建了教育信息化治理的体系框架;最后,从实践应用的视角,重点探讨了智能化赋能教育治理变革的三类典型应用场景。研究为推动智能技术与教育治理深度融合,促进教育治理现代化发展提供了理论与实践参考。


【英文摘要】:

In the "artificial intelligence+" era, with the rapid development of emerging technologies such as generative artificial intelligence and data intelligence, the use of modern information technology to improve social governance and enhance government governance capabilities has become a global trend and received widespread attention. In the field of education, it has become an inevitable path to support the modernization of the education governance system and capability with modern information technology, and to promote the modernization of education governance. This paper firstly, from the perspective of theoretical research, reviewed the proposal of educational informationization governance and its new development in the intelligent era. Secondly, from the perspective of overall examination of the relationship between various elements of educational informationization governance, this paper systematically constructed a system framework of educational informationization governance. Finally, from the perspective of practical application, three typical application scenarios of educational informationization governance empowered by intelligence were discussed. This study has provided theoretical and practical references for promoting the in-depth integration of intelligent technology and education governance, and promoting the development of modernization of educational governance.
