数字化赋能为教育督导评估提供了重要的转型契机,促进数字技术与教育督导评估深度融合是助推学校高质量发展的必然选择。据此,文章对数字化赋能学校督导评估的基本逻辑进行了系统研究,其基本逻辑为学校督导评估数字化转型促进督导评估主体的多元协同、实现督导评估内容的情境融合、推动督导评估运行的迭代优化。目前,数字化赋能学校教育督导评估主要面临着传统督导评估理念导致的“不想用”、数字素养缺乏导致的“不会用”、基础设备缺口导致的“不好用”、数据孤岛导致的“不能用”等现实困境。未来,大数据赋能学校督导评估应由核心层、基础层、支撑层、应用层、保障层5个层次构成,采取“以校为本”的理念引领、多维立体数字的底座建立、业务精湛队伍的打造、多重辩证关系的平衡、多元主体行动网络的建构等推进路径,形成学校智慧督导评估体系。

Digital empowerment provides an important transformation opportunity for educational supervision and evaluation, and promoting the deep integration of digital technology and educational supervision and evaluation is an inevitable choice to promote the high-quality development of schools. Accordingly, this paper systematically studies the basic logic of digitally empowered school supervision and evaluation. The basic logic is that the digital transformation of school supervision and evaluation promotes the multiple collaboration of the subjects, realizes the situational integration of the content, and promotes the iterative optimization of the operation. At present, the digitally empowered school education supervision and evaluation is mainly faced with realistic dilemmas such as "reluctance to use" caused by traditional supervision and evaluation concepts, "inability to use" caused by lack of digital literacy, "difficulty to use" caused by infrastructure gap, and "uselessness" caused by data silos. In the future, the big data-empowered school supervision and evaluation should be composed of five levels of core layer, foundation layer, support layer, application layer, and guarantee layer, and take promotion paths such as adopting a "school-based" concept, establishing a multi-dimensional digital base, building professional teams, balancing multiple dialectical relations, constructing a multi-agent action network to form a smart supervision and evaluation system in schools.
