【中文摘要】:

共享是智能时代知识发生和运作的基本样态,也是知识价值实现的重要方式。教师处在智能时代教育领域知识共享的关键位置,深入研判智能时代教师知识共享的价值、阻滞与进路,是推动教师教育数字化转型和实现数字赋能教师队伍高质量发展的重要诉求。具体来看,知识共享能够促进教师知识重构和专业发展,实现教研资源整合与智力互惠,推动教育创新及其高质量发展。然而教师知识共享在智能时代境遇中面临着技术超前与价值迟滞的区隔、知识高效与能力低下的冲突、全面开放与共享伦理的纠葛、技术异化与盲目顺从的险境等现实阻滞。鉴于此,促进智能时代教师知识共享高质量发展的实践进路在于:动态更新教师知识共享的价值理念、立体创设教师知识共享的多元场域、着力重塑教师知识共享的伦理自觉和优化提升教师知识共享的管理效能。


【英文摘要】:

Sharing is the basic pattern of knowledge generation and operation in the era of intelligence, and it is also a crucial way to realize the value of knowledge. Teachers occupy a pivotal position of knowledge sharing in the field of education in the era of intelligence. In-depth study of the value, obstacles and pathways of teachers' knowledge sharing in the age of intelligence is an important demand for promoting the digital transformation of teacher education and achieving the high-quality development of a digitally empowered teaching force. Specifically, knowledge sharing can facilitate teachers' knowledge reconstruction and professional development, realize the integration of teaching and research resources and intellectual reciprocity, and promote educational innovation and high-quality development of education. However, in the era of intelligence, teachers' knowledge sharing is faced with such practical obstacles as the gap between advanced technology and sluggish value, the conflict between efficient knowledge and low competence, the entanglement between comprehensive openness and sharing ethics, as well as the risks of technological alienation and blind obedience. In view of the above, the practical pathways to promote the high-quality development of teachers' knowledge sharing in the intelligent era are as follows: dynamically updating the value concept of teachers' knowledge sharing;innovatively creating a pluralistic field of teachers' knowledge sharing; reshaping the ethical consciousness of teachers' knowledge sharing and optimizing the management effectiveness of teachers' knowledge sharing.
