人工智能时代高等教育何为,是深化高等教育数字化改革、建设高等教育强国正面临的时代命题。文章通过对美国高等教育信息技术协会2022年发布的聚焦人工智能的特别报告进行全面分析,对人工智能时代我国高等教育改革和发展提出了四点建议:(1)高校应在人工智能基础理论研究和创新、数字人才的高质量供给、有组织地推进科学素养全面普及三个方面强化责任担当;(2)通过构建数据治理框架、革新智能素养培育体系、加强全链条监管等方式推进“人工智能+高等教育”的深度、效度和持久度;(3)充分借鉴企业经验,合理定位和发挥多样数据领导者的重要作用;(4)以融合教育理念为指导,在无障碍校园环境建设、学习支持服务体系完善两方面加强高等特殊教育领域智能化建设,全面助力高质量高等教育体系建设。


【英文摘要】:

What higher education should do in the era of artificial intelligence is a contemporary proposition faced by deepening the digital reform of higher education and building a strong higher education nation. The paper puts forward four suggestions for the reform and development of higher education in China in the era of artificial intelligence by comprehensively analyzing the special report focusing on artificial intelligence released by the American Association for Higher Education Information Technology in 2022. Universities should strengthen their responsibility in three aspects of AI basic theoretical research and innovation, high-quality supply of digital talents, and organized promotion of comprehensive popularization of scientific literacy. Universities should promote the depth, validity, and durability of "AI+ higher education" by building a data governance framework, innovating an intelligent literacy cultivation system, and strengthening whole-chain supervision. Universities should fully draw on the experience of enterprises, reasonably position and leverage the important role of diverse data leadership. Moreover, guided by the concept of integrated education, universities should strengthen the intelligent construction of special education in the construction of accessible campus environments and the improvement of learning support service systems, so as to comprehensively assist the construction of high-quality higher education system.
