【中文摘要】:

高校教育硕士培养在为我国基础教育教学和管理输送了许多高层次专门人才的同时,也是推动师范院校进行研究生教育改革、调整研究生教育结构以及坚持为基础教育服务办学方向的重要措施。高素质、专业化、创新型的中小学教师队伍建设,是促进我国基础教育教学及其管理水平提高的重要保障。教师的实践能力是衡量卓越教师的重要指标之一,实践能力直接影响了人才培养的质量。研究采用文献分析与调查研究的方法,对教育硕士实践能力内涵和结构进行了阐释,并对当前教育硕士实践教学能力培养中存在的问题进行了分析。研究以现代教育技术专业为例,从案例教学、技能赛事、优课设计和教育实习四个方面提出对教育硕士教育实践能力的培养对策。


【英文摘要】:

The training of Master of Education in colleges and universities has delivered many high-level specialists for the teaching and management of basic education in China. At the same time, it is also an important measure to promote the reform of postgraduate education in normal colleges and universities, adjust the structure of postgraduate education, and adhere to the direction of running schools for basic education. The construction of high-quality, specialized and innovative primary and secondary school teachers is an important guarantee for promoting the improvement of basic education teaching and management in China. The practical ability of teachers is one of the important indicators to measure excellent teachers, and the practical ability directly affects the quality of personnel training. The research adopts the methods of literature analysis and survey to explain the connotation and structure of the practical ability of master of education, and analyzes the problems existing in the cultivation of the practical teaching ability of master of education. Taking modern educational technology as an example, the study puts forward some countermeasures to cultivate the practical education ability of master of education in four aspects, namely, case study, skill competition, excellent course design and educational internship.
