    寻求共鸣:数字化转型中教学设计的底层逻辑

数字化转型推动第一代教学设计转向第二代教学设计时,也造成教学设计过程简单化、教学设计结构程序化、教学设计偏离学习者个性化学习需求等异化现象。哈特穆特·罗萨的共鸣理论提倡重构人与世界的共鸣关系,化解人类对世界的掌控欲望导致的异化关系问题,为教学设计回归能动性、文化性和情境性等生命隐喻提供了底层支撑。寻求共鸣的教学设计是指遵循“为了共鸣设计教学”的理念,围绕学习者与教学内容的触动产生而重组文本,并以此来设计诸多教学要素,形成预设教学方案的过程。文章对寻求共鸣的教学设计理念、原则、要素和运行结构进行了探讨,并提出寻求共鸣的教学设计操作要领是基于“人机协同”的学习者先前经验获取、基于学习者过往经验的综合任务设计、形成激发共鸣的认知策略、建构以技术为支撑的开放性环境、在教学活动设计中注入共鸣的力量,以及促进共鸣的反馈体系建构。


【英文摘要】:

As digital transformation promotes the transition from the first generation to the second generation of instructional design, it also causes the alienation phenomena such as the simplification of the instructional design process, the proceduralisation of the instructional design structure, and the deviation of the instructional design from learners' personalized learning needs. Hartmut Rosa's theory of resonance advocates the reconstruction of the resonance between human beings and the world to resolve the alienation relationship caused by human beings' desire to control the world, which provides the underlying support for instructional design to return to life metaphors, such as agency, culture and context. Resonance-seeking instructional design refers to the process of following the concept of "designing teaching for resonance", reorganizing the text around the interaction between the learners and the teaching content, and designing various teaching elements to form a predetermined teaching plan. This paper explores the idea, principles, elements, and operational structure of instructional design that seeks resonance, and proposes that the operational principles of instructional design that seeks resonance are as follows: the acquisition of learners' prior experiences based on "human-computer collaboration", the comprehensive task design based on learners' past experience, the formation of cognitive strategies to stimulate resonance, the construction of technology-supported open environments, the injection of resonance into teaching activities, and the construction of a feedback system to promote resonance.
