运用数字技术赋能学校治理工作,机遇与挑战并存。数字治理作为一种新型的学校治理方式,在当前面临的困境表现有:治理绩效内卷加剧、数字鸿沟难以调和、需求与定位不匹配、资源整合共享失范等,这些困境的生发可追溯为学校数字治理实施过程中存在治理约束偏离、治理动力缺失、治理保障不足、治理调节失灵。对此,宜以建立精准监督数字治理的治理约束体系、创建贴合技术实际的治理动力体系、设置消解技术负能的治理保障体系及确立弥合数字鸿沟的治理调节体系作为应对路径。


【英文摘要】:

The use of digital technology to empower school governance presents both opportunities and challenges. As a new type of school governance, digital governance is currently facing the following dilemmas: the intensification of involution of governance performance, the difficulty of reconciling the digital divide, the mismatch between demand and positioning, and the anomie of resource integration and sharing. The origin of these dilemmas can be traced to the deviation of governance constraints, the lack of governance power, the insufficient governance safeguard, and the dysfunctional governance regulation in the implementation of digital governance in schools. In this regard, it is advisable to establish a governance constraint system for precise supervision of digital governance, create a governance power system that fits the actual technology, set up a governance guarantee system that dissolves the negative energy of technology, and establish a governance regulation system to bridge the digital divide as a response path.
