    数字化转型赋能高等教育高质量发展 ——基于TOE框架的组态路径分析

教育数字化是开辟教育高质量发展新赛道的重要突破口,如何驱动数字化转型赋能教育高质量发展成为当前亟待解决的重要问题。文章以18所高校作为案例样本,基于TOE框架,从组态视角分析了数字化转型驱动因素与高等教育高质量发展的关系。研究发现:(1)推进高等教育高质量发展有五条数字化转型路径,路径中均出现数字化网络建设、数字化教育资源、数字化战略目标与规划、人员数字化能力、数字化平台与工具等要素,对驱动数字化转型赋能高等教育高质量发展具有重要作用;(2)将五条转型路径中核心要素相同的路径合并归纳后,得到技术导向驱动型、政策导向驱动型和人本导向驱动型三类路径,可分别通过强化技术支撑、夯实数字规划、创新教学生态等方面驱动数字化转型赋能高等教育高质量发展。研究有助于深化对我国高等教育高质量发展背后多重因素间复杂动态本质的理性认识,并为驱动数字化转型赋能高等教育高质量发展提供有益的实践启示。


【英文摘要】:

Educational digitalization is an important breakthrough to open up a new track for high-quality development of education. And how to drive the digital transformation to enable the high-quality development of education has become an important issue to be solved urgently. This study takes 18 universities as case samples and analyzes the relationship between the driving factors of digital transformation and the high-quality development of higher education from a configuration perspective based on the TOE framework. The study finds that: (1) there are five paths of digital transformation to promote the high-quality development of higher education, and digital network construction, digital education resources, digital strategic goals and planning, digital competence of personnel, and digital platforms and tools all appear in the paths, which play an important role in driving digital transformation to enable the high-quality development of higher education; (2) after five transformation paths with the same core elements are combed and summarized, three types of paths are obtained, namely, technology-oriented driven path, policy-oriented driven path and human-oriented driven path. These paths can respectively drive digital transformation to enable high-quality development of higher education by strengthening technological support, consolidating digital planning, and innovating teaching ecology. The study helps to deepen the rational understanding of the complex dynamic nature of multiple factors behind the high-quality development of higher education in China, and provides useful practical insights for driving digital transformation to enable the high-quality development of higher education.
