职业教育信息化是教育信息化发展不可或缺的部分。研究以20世纪90年代以来的职业教育信息化相关文献和政策为基础,通过文本分析与归纳演绎的方法,从阶段、特征和路径等三个维度对我国职业教育信息化的发展历程进行了回顾,并对我国职业教育信息化的未来发展进行了展望。研究发现:我国职业教育信息化发展分为发展萌芽期、缓慢发展期、极速发展期和创新发展期四个阶段;各阶段特征表现为稳固基础、兼顾平衡、聚焦质量和创新发展;发展路径呈现为路径形成、路径稳定和路径革新。同时从积极落实“新基建”、技术赋能教学方式变革、数据丰富的数字资源、AI赋能“双师型”教师队伍等四个方面对职业教育信息化支撑、保障、夯实和服务人才培养的未来发展进行展望,为我国职业教育信息化发展提出可参考建议。


【英文摘要】:

Vocational education informatization is an indispensable part of the development of educational informatization. Based on the literature and policies related to vocational education informatization since the 1990s, the study reviews the development of vocational education informatization in China in terms of stages, characteristics and paths through text analysis and inductive-deductive methods, and looks forward to the future development of vocational education informatization in China. The study finds that the development of vocational education informatization in China is divided into four stages: the embryonic stage, the slow development stage, the rapid development stage and the innovative development stage. And each stage is characterized by a solid foundation, balance, focus on quality and innovative development. In addition, the development path is presented as path formation, path stability and path innovation. At the same time, from the active implementation of the "new infrastructure", the changes of technology-enabled teaching methods, data-rich digital resources, and the AI-enabled "double-qualified" teacher team, the future development of vocational education informatization is prospected so as to support, guarantee, consolidate and serve the future development of personnel training, which can put forward suggestions for the development of vocational education informatization in China.
