数字化转型期的教育系统面临智能技术非合规性深入渗透造成的潜在风险以及技术应用困境，亟待构建具有韧性的智能技术治理体系。为了探查身处数字化转型实践中的多元教育主体如何参与实践进程，研究访谈了教育领域的智能技术治理专家，从“认识”“行动”与“期望”的多重视角中梳理智能技术的治理逻辑。研究形成了数字化转型期智能技术韧性治理体系及其运作模型，包括核心规则、动力结构、运行机制、实现进程四个部分。其中智能技术治理的核心规则在于明确治理原则与标准、动力结构的重点在干预模式和治理主体、运行机制层面需关注技术规范与主体规制以及推动开展智能技术治理的教育社会实验。研究旨在为教育数字化转型期开展政策制定提供理论依据，为参与数字化转型的实践个体提供行动指南，以期最大程度消解转型期的技术异化风险，推动我国教育数字化的进程。

The education system in the period of digital transformation is faced with the potential risks caused by the deep penetration of non-compliance of intelligent technology and the dilemma of technology application, so it is urgent to build a resilient intelligent technology governance system. In order to find out how the multiple educational actors involved in the digital transformation practice participate in the process of practice, this study interviewed experts in the field of education on the governance of intelligent technology, and sorted out the governance logic of intelligent technology from the multiple perspectives of "recognition", "action" and "expectation".
