教师教学数字化转型既是促进数字技术与课程教学深度融合的必然选择,也是推动教育数字化转型的关键所在。在教学数字化转型初步发展阶段,理解和把握教学数字化转型的价值逻辑、现实困境及其纾解路径是取得成功的前提和基础。基于此,文章首先阐述了教师教学数字化转型的内涵与价值;其次,结合教学数字化转型核心要素框架,剖析了教师教学数字化转型面临的现实困境,体现在技术加速驱动与教学惯例挚肘的对峙、多重任务叠加与数字能力不足的困境、教学活动复杂多变性与技术有限性的矛盾、技术提质增效与工作负荷加重的悖论、技术赋权增能与教学风险衍生的悖离等方面;最后,文章从认识驱动、素养培育、范式引领、组织联动、精准保障等层面探讨了教师教学数字化转型困境的纾解路径,以期为教学数字化转型的持续推进提供借鉴与参考。


【英文摘要】:

The digital transformation of teachers' teaching is not only an inevitable choice to promote the deep integration of digital technology and curriculum teaching, but also a key to promote the digital transformation of education. In the initial stage of the digital transformation of teaching, understanding and grasping the value logic, realistic dilemma and its relief path is the prerequisite and foundation for success. Based on this, this paper firstly explains the connotation and value of the digital transformation of teachers' teaching. Secondly, combined with the framework of core elements of teaching digital transformation, this paper analyzes the realistic dilemma faced by teachers in digital transformation, which are reflected in the confrontation between technology accelerated drive and traditional teaching practice, the dilemma of overlapping multiple tasks and insufficient digital capacity, the contradiction between the complexity and variability of teaching activities and the limitations of technology, the paradox of technology enhancing quality and efficiency and increasing workload, and the paradox of technology empowerment and teaching risk derivation. Finally, this paper discusses the relief path from the aspects of cognition driving, quality cultivation, paradigm leading, organizational linkage, and precise guarantee, so as to provide reference for the continuous promotion of teaching digital transformation.
