    在线学习环境下师范生社会情感能力影响因素研究 ——基于HLM模型分析

在线教育获得蓬勃发展的时代背景下,学生的社会情感能力获得了新的发展机遇。分析在线学习环境下师范生社会情感能力的影响因素,对于提升师范生的人际关系质量、情感健康和从师素质至关重要。研究以某省级师范院校889名师范生为研究样本,采用多层线性模型分析方法,分析了个体和专业两个层次影响因素的直接效应以及层次间的中介效应。研究发现:(1)在个体层面,在线学习环境归属感对社会情感能力的影响最大,情绪调节策略使用频率次之;(2)在专业层面,同伴关系对社会情感能力的影响最大,在线学习氛围和社会情感能力发展机会次之,师生关系的影响程度最小;(3)专业层面因素会通过个体层面因素的中介作用对社会情感能力产生间接影响。


【英文摘要】:

With the vigorous development of online education, students' social-emotional abilities have gained new opportunities for development. Analyzing the influencing factors of social-emotional abilities of normal university students in online learning environment is crucial for improving their interpersonal relationship quality, emotional health and teacher's ability. Taking 889 normal university students from a provincial normal university as the research sample, this study analyzes the direct effects of the influencing factors at both the individual and professional levels as well as the mediating effects between the levels by using a multilayer linear model analysis method. It is found that (1) at the individual level, the sense of belonging to the online learning environment has the greatest impact on social-emotional abilities, followed by the frequency of using emotional regulation strategies;(2) At the professional level, peer relationships have the greatest impact on social-emotional abilities, followed by online learning atmosphere and development opportunities for social-emotional abilities, and the impact of the teacher-student relationship is the smallest; (3) The professional factors can indirectly affect social-emotional abilities through the mediating effect of individual factors.
