党的二十大报告对“推进教育数字化”作出重要战略部署,教育数字化大力推进,对教师队伍数字化建设提出了新的更高要求。为深入学习贯彻党的二十大精神,总结凝练数字化助推教师队伍建设、提升教师队伍信息化素养的实践探索,在教育部教师工作司的指导支持下,本期《电化教育研究》推出《数字化赋能教师专业发展实践探索》,围绕国家、地方以及高校层面在信息化支撑教师服务、人工智能助推教师队伍建设、教师数字素养提升等方面的实践探索、现实应用进行讨论,以期助推教师队伍建设数字化转型,助力教师队伍高质量发展。


【英文摘要】:

The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China made an important strategic deployment for "promoting the digitization of education", vigorously promoting the digitization of education, and putting forward new and higher requirements for the digital construction of the teaching staff. In order to deeply study and implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, summarize and refine the practical exploration of digitally promoting the construction of the teaching staff and improving the information literacy of the teaching staff, under the guidance and support of the Teacher Work Department of the Ministry of Education, "Research on Electronic Education" launches the "Practical Exploration of Digital Empowerment of Teacher Professional Development", discussing the practical exploration and real-life applications at the national, local and university levels in the areas of informatization to support teacher services, artificial intelligence to boost the construction of the teaching staff, and the enhancement of teachers' digital literacy, with an aim to promote the digital transformation of teaching staff construction and help the high-quality development of the teaching staff.
