    我国职业教育信息化政策的现状、问题及建议 ——基于95份政策文本的分析

随着教育信息化的普及,职业教育信息化的发展逐渐引起社会的关注与重视,也正迈入新的发展阶段。职业教育信息化的发展与相关政策的引导和驱动密切相关,且对相关政策分析有助于窥探职业教育信息化发展的全貌并预测其未来发展趋向。研究采用扎根理论的研究方法,借助Nvivo12统计软件对相关政策文本进行两阶段三轮编码,形成编码框架并深入分析,旨在了解我国职业教育信息化政策的现状和发展过程中存在的问题。研究发现:该发展过程中存在学校发展与服务社会之间不紧密、政策主题分布不均和政策工具使用失衡等问题。基于此,提出要兼顾学校发展与社会担当的使命、加强职业教育信息化发展过程中立德树人与育人力度、合理平衡使用政策工具助力职业教育信息化迈入新阶段的发展建议,试图为我国职业教育信息化政策的发展勾勒基于现状—问题—建议的宏伟图景。


【英文摘要】:

With the popularization of information technology in education, the development of information technology in vocational education is gradually attracting the attention of the society, and is also entering a new stage of development. The development of vocational education informatization is closely related to the guidance and drive of relevant policies, and the analysis of relevant policies is helpful to get a glimpse of the overall development of vocational education informatization and predict its future development trend. This study adopts the research method of grounded theory, uses Nvivo12 statistical software to conduct a two-stage and three-round coding on relevant policy texts to form a coding framework and conduct in-depth analysis, aiming at understanding the current situation and problems in the development process of vocational education informatization policies in China. It is found that there are some problems in this development process such as the lack of close relationship between school development and serving the society, the uneven distribution of policy themes, and the imbalance in the use of policy tools. Based on this, this study proposes the development suggestions of balancing the mission of school development and social responsibility, strengthening the moral education in the process of vocational education informatization, and using policy tools reasonably to help vocational education informatization enter a new stage. This study attempts to outline a grand picture based on the status quo, problems and suggestions for the development of vocational education informatization in China.
