数字化转型不仅是职业教育基于数字技术赋能提升适应性的发展使然,更是以时代性的系统改革实现自身高质量发展的重要战略。职业教育的跨界属性决定了其自身数字化转型是技术进化、工作世界数字化、教育数字化和组织能动性发挥协同驱动的结果。理性、深刻地把握职业教育数字化转型的理论要点与实践逻辑是促进职业教育数字化转型实践合乎规律性、合目标性的基本前提。为此,以高质量发展为出发点,以国家、学校和课程三个层面的多维内容为着力点,以新规律、新体系、新模式、新机制的探寻与构建为落脚点,形成职业教育数字化转型的研究框架。同时,在深化职业教育现代化进程背景下,未来还需通过提高战略认识与明确站位、树立理性发展观以及采取多主体协同与重点关注等推进策略,促进职业教育数字化转型发展。


【英文摘要】:

Digital transformation is not only a necessity for vocational education to improve its adaptability based on digital technology empowerment, but also an important strategy to achieve high-quality development with a systemic reform of the times. The cross-boundary nature of vocational education determines that its digital transformation is the result of technological evolution, the digitalization of the working world, the digitalization of education, and the development of organizational dynamics. A rational and profound understanding of the theoretical points and practical logic of digital transformation of vocational education is the basic premise to promote the practice of digital transformation of vocational education in accordance with the regularity and goal. To this end, a research framework for the digital transformation of vocational education is formed with high-quality development as the starting point,multi-dimensional content from three levels of state, school, and curriculum as the focus, and the exploration and construction of new rules, systems, models, and mechanisms as the anchor point. At the same time, it is also necessary to promote the development of digital transformation in the future by raising strategic awareness, clarifying the status, establishing a rational outlook, and adopting such promotional strategies as multi-body collaboration in the context of vocational education's modernization.
