课堂教学分析是教学改进的依据,而教学改进是提升教学质量的关键,两者相互作用,构成课堂教学研究的回路。当前人工智能在课堂教学研究领域,存在人机协同机制不明确、教学分析与改进关联不密切、教学实践应用的指导性不强等困境。研究借鉴使用理论的双路径学习和人在回路设计优化思路,提出以“教学结构”为课堂教学分析与改进回路的焦点,将回路分为高干预区和低干预区,论述人类智慧与人工智能在回路中的协同机制。研究发现,构建TESTII课堂教学分析模型,和“结构分析、问题发现、策略改进、实践应用”的4A改进模型,可以形成人在回路的人机协同课堂教学分析与改进机制,为促进课堂教学结构变革和提高课堂教学质量提供可行的解决方案。


【英文摘要】:

Classroom teaching analysis is the basis for teaching improvement, while teaching improvement is the key to improve teaching quality. The interaction between the two form the loop of classroom teaching research. The current artificial intelligence in the field of classroom teaching research is plagued by unclear human-machine collaboration mechanism, loose correlation between teaching analysis and improvement, and weak guidance for teaching practical application. Based on the double loop learning of Theory-In-Use and Human-in-the-loop design optimization ideas, this study proposes to use "teaching structure" as the focal point of classroom teaching analysis and improvement loop, divide the loop into high-intervention and low-intervention zones, and discusses the collaboration mechanism of human intelligence and artificial intelligence in the loop. The research finds that the TESTII classroom teaching analysis model and the 4A improvement model of "structure analysis, problem identification, strategy improvement, and practice application" can form a human-machine collaborative classroom teaching analysis and improvement mechanism, which can provide feasible solutions for promoting the reform of classroom teaching structure and improving the quality of classroom teaching.
