弹幕的引入为转变当前在线教育中实时交互性弱的现象带来了契机，但是，其娱乐性以及管理机制不健全等问题导致其教学应用效果不佳。针对如何智能实时管理弹幕以促进有效交互这一问题，文章首先依据教学交互层次塔、探究社区、学习共同体等理论构建了在线异步交互描述框架，深入揭示基于弹幕的在线异步有效交互的发生机理；其次，从可干预的角度，以促进框架中信息交互层的群体互动（包括教学交互、社会交互、情感交互、知识交互四个方面）为目标，提出了基于弹幕促进有效交互的九条路径；最后，在九条路径的基础上，基于文本挖掘等技术，从预设机制、激励机制、个性化呈现机制、智能反馈机制四个方面设计了在线教育视频课程弹幕的智能实时管理机制。研究从理论框架、路径分析、机制设计几个方面提出了系统的弹幕智能实时管理方案，能够为基于弹幕促进有效交互的研究和实践提供依据与参考。

The introduction of Danmaku has brought an opportunity to change the weak real-time interaction in online education, but its entertainment nature and inadequate management mechanism of Danmaku have led to poor teaching application. To solve the problem of how to manage Danmaku intelligently and instantaneously to promote effective interaction, this paper firstly constructs a framework for describing online asynchronous interaction based on the theories such as the hierarchical model for instructional interaction, community of inquiry and learning community to deeply reveal the mechanism of effective online asynchronous interaction based on Danmaku. Secondly, from the perspective of intervention, nine paths to promote effective interaction based on Danmaku are proposed with the goal of facilitating group interaction at the information interaction level of the framework (including instructional interaction, social interaction, emotional interaction and knowledge interaction). Finally, based on the nine paths and text mining, an intelligent real-time management mechanism for Danmaku in online educational video courses is designed in four aspects: pre-setting mechanism, incentive mechanism, personalized presentation mechanism, and intelligent feedback mechanism. This study provides a systematic intelligent real-time management scheme for Danmaku from several aspects, including theoretical framework, path analysis and mechanism design, which can provide a basis and reference for the research and practice of promoting effective interaction based on Danmaku.
