研究从系统动力学视角对关联学习社区知识生产的动态过程及其演化规律进行了建模与仿真分析。结果发现,关联学习社区中的知识共享、汇聚、整合以及创造各阶段共同构成了知识生产的系统过程,其中,知识共享阶段主要受到学习者知识位势和知识需求缺口的影响;知识汇聚阶段受到共享知识量、知识互补程度和知识契合度的影响;知识整合阶段受到汇聚知识量、专业知识和知识存量的影响;而知识创造阶段则受共享知识量和整合知识量的影响。此外,知识共享、知识汇聚、知识整合以及知识创造呈现出了动态协同的演化特性。在实际应用层面,研究提出了基于学习者、教师、资源和环境的教学干预策略以促进关联学习社区知识生产的有效发生。


【英文摘要】:

This study models and analyzes the dynamic process and evolution law of knowledge production in the connectionist learning community from the perspective of system dynamics. It is found that the stages of knowledge sharing, aggregation, integration and creation in connectionist learning community together constitute the systematic process of knowledge production. Among them, the knowledge sharing stage is mainly influenced by the learners' knowledge potential and knowledge demand gap. The knowledge aggregation stage is influenced by the amount of shared knowledge, the degree of knowledge complementarity and the degree of knowledge fit. The knowledge integration stage is influenced by the amount of aggregated knowledge, expertise and knowledge stock. And the knowledge creation stage is influenced by the amount of shared knowledge and the amount of integrated knowledge. In addition, knowledge sharing, knowledge aggregation, knowledge integration and knowledge creation exhibit dynamic and synergistic evolutionary characteristics. At the practical application level, this study proposes pedagogical intervention strategies based on learners, teachers, resources, and environments to facilitate the effective occurrence of knowledge production in connectionist learning communities.
