空间推理技能是人类认知能力的关键组成部分,在教育学科相关领域中扮演着重要的角色,然而其在学校教学环境中的培养却没有得到足够关注。利用信息技术作为教学工具,有效提升空间推理技能已经成为必然趋势。文章探究了基于沉浸式技术构建的学习环境对中学生空间推理技能发展的影响。研究采用混合研究方法,以上海市Z中学的38名六、七年级学生为研究对象,以“陶瓷设计与制作”课程为例,在学校的沉浸式教室进行为期6周的教学实践。结果显示,与传统课堂教学相比,沉浸式虚拟现实技术能够显著提升中学生的空间推理技能以及学业成绩,学习者能够更好地理解三维物体的结构特征。研究结论提供了将沉浸式技术应用于学校课堂教学来培养空间推理技能的实践案例。


【英文摘要】:

Spatial reasoning skills are a key component of human cognitive abilities and play an important role in fields related to educational disciplines. Yet its development in school settings has not received sufficient attention. The use of information technology as a teaching tool to effectively enhance spatial reasoning skills has become an inevitable trend. This paper explores the effects of a learning environment based on immersive technology on the development of spatial reasoning skills of middle school students. This study adopted a mixed research method, took 38 grade 6 and 7 students from Z Middle School in Shanghai as the research objects, and took the "Ceramic Design and Production" course as an example to conduct a six-week teaching practice in the school's immersive classroom. The results show that compared to traditional classroom instruction, immersive virtual reality technology can significantly improve the spatial reasoning skills and academic performance of middles secondary school students. Learners can better understand the structural features of three-dimensional objects. The findings provide a practical case of applying immersive technology to school classroom instruction to develop spatial reasoning skills.
