利用互联网开展混合式支教为教师教育实践性教学开创了新模式，为提升农村偏远地区薄弱学校的教学质量、促进优质教育资源的共享提供了新途径。研究根据音乐课的特点构建了包含18种模态的课堂多模态教学行为分析编码系统，以某高校师范生云端支教视频录像作为语料库，用ELAN软件对四位实习支教师范生的八节云端音乐课的教学行为进行了多模态的标注和分析，研究发现对师范生多模态教学技能的应用基本合理，然而师范生在利用奥尔夫教学法对远端学生的律动训练以及创编活动设计用以弥补在线教学互动匮乏的活动有待改进。

Using the Internet to carry out hybrid volunteer teaching has created a new model for practical teaching in teacher education, and it provides a new way to improve the teaching quality of weak schools in rural and remote areas and promotes the sharing of high-quality educational resources. This study constructs a classroom multimodal teaching behavior analysis coding system including 18 modalities according to the characteristics of music classes. Taking the cloud-based volunteer teaching video recordings of a normal university students as a corpus, the ELAN software is used to annotate and analyze the multimodal teaching behaviors of eight cloud-based music lessons of four internship normal students. It is found that the application of multimodal teaching skills of normal university students is basically reasonable. However, how to use Orff's teaching method to train the rhythm of remote students and create activities to make up for the lack of online teaching interaction need to be improved.
