【中文摘要】:

教师是推动智慧教育发展的核心动力。随着新时代教师队伍建设和人工智能助推教师专业发展的不断深入,教师个人成长的视角逐渐由“外”向“内”转变,其自我教育问题逐渐成为提升教师专业发展,推动智慧教育的研究聚焦点。文章立足自我教育的内涵和新时代教育对教师的要求,对教师自我教育进行了界定,并明确其核心内容包括自我认知、自我学习、自我调控、自我反思、自我超越。在此基础上,将其与智能技术紧密联系起来,开展了智慧教育中教师自我教育技术路径探析。


【英文摘要】:

Teachers are the core driving force to promote the development of smart education. With the continuous deepening of teacher team construction in the new era and teachers' professional development facilitated by artificial intelligence, teachers' personal growth has gradually changed from the "external" to the "internal", and their self-education has gradually become the research focus of improving teachers' professional development and promoting smart education. Based on the connotation of self-education and the requirements of education for teachers in the new era, this study defines teachers' self-education, and clarifies that its core contents include self-cognition, self-learning, self-regulation, self-reflection and self-transcendence. On this basis, it is closely linked with intelligent technology, and the technical path of teachers' self-education in smart education is explored.
