    智能时代数据驱动的在线教学质量评价探究

智能时代,新的教育需求与技术条件推动着在线教学质量的重构与评价改革。文章针对现有在线教学评价中缺乏优质教学导向、难以支持动态评测等问题,在对智能时代在线教学的教师角色、教学重心、教学思维、教学主体构成转变分析的基础上,提出在线教学在目标与内容、方法与过程、技术与系统三方面的七个质量特征:建构性、发展性、促进性、敏捷性、个性化、智能化、开放性。基于此,文章在教学平台与专家调查基础上提出以师—机—生行动与成效数据为质量表征的在线教学质量评价框架与指标构想,以及支持该框架在多场景应用的人机协同智能化指标构建方法。以期为智能时代在线教学质量的数据表征、动态监测和评价提供启示。


【英文摘要】:

In the intelligent era, new educational needs and technical conditions promote the reconstruction and evaluation reform of online teaching quality. Aiming at the problems of lack of high-quality teaching orientation and difficulty in supporting dynamic evaluation in the existing online teaching evaluation, this paper analyzes the transformation of teachers' role, teaching focus, teaching thinking and teaching subject composition of online teaching in the intelligent era. This paper then puts forward seven quality characteristics of online teaching in three aspects of objectives and contents, methods and processes, and technologies and systems: construction, development, promotion, agility, personalization, intelligence and openness. On this basis, this paper proposes a framework and index conception for online teaching quality evaluation based on the teaching platform and expert survey, with the teacher-machine-student action and effectiveness data as the quality representation, as well as an intelligent index construction method for man-machine collaboration to support the application of the framework in multiple scenarios. It is hoped to provide enlightenment for the data representation, dynamic monitoring and evaluation of online teaching quality in the intelligent era.
