【中文摘要】:

积极技术是利用信息技术实现积极心理干预的新型技术。它借助视频、脑机交互、可穿戴生物传感等技术以及严肃游戏、大数据虚拟社交系统等产品,实现积极情绪激发、积极心理品质培养和积极社交环境构建。经验表明,积极技术能够通过治疗性对话、浸入式交互、生活化环境、意外的成功以及弥合人—技术缺口等方式,完成唤起情绪觉知、支持行为操作、诱发情境认知、引导目标达成和消解技术压力等目标。目前,积极技术的应用存在技术—心理融合失效、个体适应性不足、目标群体错位、缺少辩证思考等问题。未来,理论研究将着重探索积极心理干预与信息技术的有效融合,聚焦方法体系构建、跨学科研究和伦理研究;技术应用层面则将加强大数据、浸入式交互和脑电交互等技术的支撑作用。


【英文摘要】:

Positive technology is an innovative pattern of technology that uses information technology to achieve positive psychological interventions. It inspires positive emotions, cultivates positive psychological quality and constructs positive social environments with technologies including video, brain-computer interaction, wearable bio-sensing technology, etc. and products such as serious games, big data virtual social systems. Experiences shows that through therapeutic dialogues, immersive interactions, life-like environments, unexpected success, and bridging the human-technology gap, positive technology can achieve the goals of arousing emotional awareness, supporting behavioral operation, inducing situational cognition, guiding goal achievement and eliminating technical pressure. Currently, there are some problems in the application of positive technology, such as invalid techo-psyco integration, insufficient individual adaptability, misplacement of target groups, and deficient dialectical thinking. Future theoretical studies will focus on exploring the effective integration of positive psychological interventions and information technology, focusing on the construction of the methodology system, interdisciplinary research and ethical research. On the technical application level, the supporting role of big data, immersive interaction and electroencephalogram (EEG) interaction technology will be strengthened.
