    区域智慧教育发展现状及对策研究——以运城智慧教育示范区为例

智慧教育是教育信息化发展的新境界,智慧教育示范区建设是探索技术赋能教育创新的重要路径。为了解当前智慧教育示范区建设过程中的现状与问题,研究以运城市智慧教育示范区为例,采用调查研究法,从教育环境、教育资源、教育应用三个维度开展调查。调研结果显示,运城市智慧教育环境建设正在逐步推进;智慧教育资源共建共享机制初步形成;信息技术与教育教学融合不足,新型教学模式尚处于萌芽状态;专业性、引领性指导欠缺,亟须领域专家介入带动。基于此,后续建设中需优化完善智慧教育平台,有效支撑智慧教育活动开展;深化培训内容及成效转化,提升智慧教育理解力与探索力;整合创新实践课程,助力学生信息素养与问题解决能力提升;丰富资源获取途径及内容,提升区域教育资源供给服务能力;突破体制机制壁垒,深度协同推进示范区建设。

Smart education is a new realm in the development of educational informatization, and the construction of smart education demonstration zones is an important path to explore the innovation of technology-enabled education. In order to understand the current situation and problems in the construction of smart education demonstration zones, this research takes Yuncheng smart education demonstration zone as an example and uses the survey research method to carry out the investigation from three dimensions: educational environment, educational resources and educational applications. The survey results show that the construction of smart educational environment in Yuncheng city is gradually advancing. The co-construction and sharing mechanism of smart educational resources has taken shape. The integration of information technology and education and teaching is insufficient, and the new teaching model is still in its infancy. Professional and leading guidance is lacking, and there is an urgent need for experts in the field to intervene and drive. Based on this, the follow-up construction needs to optimize and improve the smart education platform to effectively support the development of smart education activities. The transformation of the training content and effectiveness needs to be deepened to improve the understanding and exploration of smart education. Innovative practical courses to help students improve their information literacy and problem-solving ability need to be integrated. The access to resources and content needs to be enriched to improve the supply and service capacity of regional educational resources. And it is necessary to break through the barriers of institutional mechanisms and promote the construction of demonstration zones in a deep and coordinated manner.
