Based on the analysis of the core literacy education that triggers the basic education curriculum to shift from class-hour teaching to unit teaching, this paper sorts out the basic theories guiding the reform of teaching methods and discusses the direction of unit teaching design and the support function of "Internet +" for subject unit teaching. The process and principles of the design of "Internet +" subject unit teaching mode are put forward and the theoretical and methodological system of the design of
"Internet +" unit teaching mode is tentatively formed.
