    社会角色理论视域下的人工智能时代教师:困厄、归因及澄明

【中文摘要】:

智慧教育时代,AI技术“激荡”起来的教师角色冲突日趋激烈,教师陷于角色何以转变的混乱之中,严重阻碍教师角色扮演的进程,因此,教师个体如何扮演好教师角色成为AI时代亟须探究的命题。文章从社会角色理论视角,解析教师与学生、智能媒介工具、信息资源以及同侪教师之间的关系及其产生的困境,并进一步从智能技术的叠加效应、信息资源的爆炸性增长及教育目标的革新等外部环境变量和教师角色差距明显、教师角色认知迷航及教师角色技能不足等角色内生机理反思其成因。文章提出教师摆脱困厄之境,需从立身之本、转变之姿和应守之义三个方面进行教师角色澄明,以期教师能够在“百舸争流”的人工智能时代保持角色的充盈和生命的张力,把握时代脉搏,寻得教师角色的“诗意栖居”,成为智能时代合格的教师。


【英文摘要】:

In the era of intelligent education, the conflict of teachers' roles "stirred up" by AI technology is becoming increasingly fierce. Teachers are trapped in the confusion of how to change their roles, which seriously hinders the process of teachers' role-playing. Therefore, it has become an urgent issue that how individual teachers play the role of a teacher in the AI era. From the perspective of social role theory, this study analyzes the relationship between teachers and students, intelligent media tools, information resources and peer teachers, and the dilemmas they create. It further reflects on the causes in terms of external environment variables, such as superimposed effect of intelligent technologies, the explosive growth of information resources and the innovation of educational goals, and endogenous mechanisms such as the obvious gap in teachers' roles, teachers' cognitive disorientation, and teachers' inadequate role skills. In order to get rid of the plight of teachers, it is necessary to clarify the roles of teachers from three aspects: the foundation of their identity, the posture of transformation and the meaning what they should keep, so that teachers can maintain the filling of roles and the tension of their lives in the era of artificial intelligence, grasping the pulse of the times, finding a "poetic habitat" for their roles and becoming qualified teachers in the age of intelligence.
