大数据为新时代教育评价转型发展提供了重要机遇,促进大数据与教育评价融合创新是深化新时代教育评价改革的必然要求。据此,文章立足于新时代教育评价转型的多维诉求,厘清大数据赋能新时代教育评价转型的技术逻辑:数据海量驱动结果评价更加客观、数据功能驱动过程评价更为立体、数据关联驱动增值评价更具发展、数据技术驱动综合评价更富效率。剖析赋能过程中数据统筹、共享、人才培养和伦理上的现实困境,并提出具体实践路径:树牢数据治理思维,增强大数据助力教育评价转型紧迫感;夯实数据资源,注重大数据支撑教育评价转型客观性;完善数据标准,提高大数据服务教育评价转型精准度;提升数据效用,推进大数据赋能教育评价转型智慧化。


【英文摘要】:

Big data provides an important opportunity for the transformation and development of educational evaluation in the new era. Promoting the integration and innovation of big data and educational evaluation is an inevitable requirement for deepening the reform of educational evaluation in the new era. On this basis, based on the multidimensional demands of educational evaluation transformation in the new era, this paper clarifies the technical logic of big data empowering educational evaluation transformation in the new era. The data volume drives the result evaluation to be more objective, the data function drives the process evaluation to be more three-dimensional, the data correlation drives the value-added evaluation to be more developed, and the data technology drives the comprehensive evaluation to be more efficient. This paper analyzes the realistic dilemmas in data coordination, sharing, talent cultivation and ethics in the process of empowerment, and proposes specific practical paths: strengthening the data governance thinking, and enhancing the sense of urgency of big data-driven educational evaluation transformation; consolidating data resources, and paying attention to the objectivity of big data-supported educational evaluation transformation; improving data standards and enhancing the accuracy of big data services for educational evaluation transformation; enhancing the utility of data, and promoting the smart transformation of big data-enabled educational evaluation.
