Under the background of the deep integration of information technology and education and teaching, a synchronous classroom promoting the balanced development of urban and rural education is born. The study theoretically expounds the specific role crisis of rural teachers in synchronous classrooms, including the weakened role of knowledge and ethics defenders, the weakened role of knowledge transmitters, and the squeezed role of teacher-student interaction. At the "ought to be" level, rural teachers need to play various roles before, during and after classroom teaching, so as to adapt to the synchronous classroom. In order to ensure the expected effect of the synchronous classroom, in terms of strategies, the role reshaping of rural teachers needs to be actively constructed by rural teachers, strongly supported by rural schools, and guaranteed by governments at all levels.

在信息技术与教育教学深度融合的背景之下,促进城乡教育均衡发展的同步课堂应运而生。研究从理论上阐述了乡村教师在同步课堂中遭遇的具体角色危机,包括知识和伦理捍卫者角色式微、知识传递者角色弱化和师生互动角色被挤压这三个方面。在应然层面,乡村教师需要在课堂教学前、中、后分别扮演多样的角色,从而适应同步课堂的开展。为保证同步课堂取得预期效果,在策略方面,需要乡村教师主动建构、乡村学校大力支持、各级政府提供保障,共同促进乡村教师的角色重塑。
