智能时代孕育了新一轮的教育变革,规模个性化人才培养成为当下的教育诉求与实践难题,而精准学习干预则是破解上述难题的有力手段。通过分析学习干预相关的理论研究与实践现状,发现学习干预在各实施环节上均面临一定挑战,制约了精准学习干预的推进。文章认为,将人类智慧与机器智能有机融合方为实现精准学习干预的可行之道,因此,构建了兼具整体性、结构性、动态性的人机智能协同的精准学习干预模型。该模型以学习者多模态数据采集为基础,采用机器智能与专家经验协同决策的方式实现问题诊断、策略匹配、策略实施、效果验证等四个主要环节,各个环节在干预系统中各司其职,构成指向精准学习干预的闭合回路。在未来的相关研究与实践中,需在分析模型构建、问题成因追溯、干预机制分析、实证研究设计等方面进一步探索,以推动学习干预精准化实现。


【英文摘要】:

In the era of intelligence, the cultivation of large-scale personalized talents has become a current educational demand and practical challenge with a new round of educational changes, while the precision learning intervention is a powerful means to solve the above challenge. Through the analysis of the related theoretical research and practice of learning interventions , this paper finds that there are some challenges in the implementation links of learning interventions, which restrict the advancement of precision learning interventions. The paper believes that the organic integration of human intelligence and machine intelligence is a feasible way to achieve the precision learning intervention. Therefore, an integrated, structural and dynamic precision learning intervention model of human-machine intelligent collaboration is constructed. Based on the multimodal data collection of learners, the model adopts the collaborative decision-making method of machine intelligence and expert experience to realize four major links, including problem diagnosis, strategy matching, strategy implementation and effect verification. Each link plays its own role in the intervention system, forming a closed loop pointing to precision learning intervention. In future research and practice, further explorations are needed in the construction of analysis models, tracing of problem causes, analysis of intervention mechanisms, and empirical research design, so as to promote the realization of precision learning intervention.
