互联网作为新的空间为促进教育治理体系和治理能力现代化提供了新动能,以数据驱动教育管理和教育治理已成为主要发展方向。为加速推进“互联网+教育”的健康发展,国家近日做出了重要部署,对教育治理的发展方向和具体措施提出了指导意见。文章基于文件精神,建立数据治理的结构框架,结合实践案例从数据标准规范、教育大数据应用、治理流程再造、高效监管四个方面分析数据治理的着力点,以期为“互联网+教育”治理的落实和实践推进提供借鉴与参考。


【英文摘要】:

As a new space, the Internet provides a new driving force for promoting the modernization of education governance system and governance capacity, and data-driven education management and education governance has become the main development direction. In order to accelerate the healthy development of "Internet + Education", the Chinese government has made an important deployment to provide guidance on the development direction and specific measures for education governance. Based on the spirit of the document, this paper establishes the structural framework of data governance and analyzes the focal points of data governance from four aspects: data standards and norms, application of big data in education, governance process reengineering and efficient supervision in combination with practical cases. This paper expects to provide reference for the implementation and practice of "Internet + Education" governance.
