在新冠肺炎疫情防控背景下,实践“互联网+”技术支持下的“云跟岗”培训模式,构建以问题为导向的“个体研修+小组学习+整体培训”三位一体培训模式,创建“五域三内核”的培训保障模型。京疆学院依托首都师范大学“双优云桥”智慧研修平台,通过专家指导、助教督学,打造双师课堂,实施新疆和田地区幼儿园园长“云跟岗”培训,使学员能够联动共享专家资源,开启培训教学新模式。研究发现,“云跟岗”培训模式内容定位精准,扩大了培训受益人数,提高了培训效果转化率和系统化,但还需满足学员更多个性化的培训需求。


【英文摘要】:

In the context of Coronavirus(COVD-19), we practice the "cloud on-the-job learning" training model with the technical support of "Internet+". A problem-oriented trinity training model of "individual training + group learning + overall training" is constructed and a training guarantee model of "five domains and three cores" is created. Relying on the "Shuangyou Yunqiao" smart training platform of Capital Normal University, Jingjiang College implements the training of "cloud on-the-job learning" for kindergarten principals in Ho tan, Xinjiang, through expert guidance and teaching assistant supervision. A dual-teacher classroom is created so that kindergarten principals can share expert resources and build a new model of training and teaching. The study finds that the content of the "cloud on-the-job learning" training model is positioned accurately, which expands the number of training beneficiaries, improves the conversion rate and systematization of training effects, but still needs to meet more individualized training needs of trainees.
