在总结新冠疫情以来大规模在线教育实践经验的基础上，我国加快部署推进“互联网+教育”工作，这标志着我国教育信息化开始从融合应用走向创新发展新阶段。文章从学理上阐释“互联网+教育”发展的时代背景，互联网的空间特性与变革作用，辨析“互联网+教育”的内涵和外延，阐述“互联网+教育”发展的总体思路。该文的核心内容包括五个部分：（1）推动“互联网+教育”发展的时代背景；（2）互联网推动教育变革的态势；（3）“互联网+教育”的内涵和外延；（4）推进“互联网+教育”发展的指导思想；（5）推进“互联网+教育”发展的基本原则。作者希望该文能够帮助读者深刻理解推进“互联网+教育”工作的重大意义，准确掌握“互联网+教育”的核心要义，正确把握推动“互联网+教育”发展的方向。
【英文摘要】：
Based on the practical experience of large-scale online education since the COVID-19 outbreak, the deployment of "Internet + Education" has been accelerated in China, marking the beginning of a new stage of innovative development of China's education informatization from integrated application. This study will theoretically explain the background of the development of "Internet + Education", the spatial characteristics and transformative role of the Internet, analyze the connotation and extension of "Internet + Education", and expound the general idea of its development. There are five parts in this study: (1) the background of the times for promoting the development of "Internet + Education"; (2) the trend of the educational reform driven by the Internet; (3) the connotation and extension of "Internet + Education"; (4) the guiding ideology for promoting the development of "Internet + Education"; (5) the basic principles for promoting the development of "Internet + Education". The author hopes that this study can help readers to deeply understand the significance of promoting "Internet + Education", accurately grasp its core essence and the direction of promoting the development of "Internet + Education".
