智能时代,提升教师应对教学环境变革且持续创新教与学的教学设计能力显得尤为关键,教师设计思维因而受到关注。文章在厘清设计思维内涵的基础上,提出设计思维赋能智能时代教师能指引高效学习设计、助力解决教学问题、驱动知识应用创新。随后,从知识、能力以及信念三个维度建构了教师设计思维框架,并提出应重视教师设计思维与技术素养的协同发展,开发融合设计思维“理念—方法—工具”的课程,探索设计思维进学校、课程与课堂的路径以提升教师设计思维,助力教师更好地应对新技术环境下的挑战。


【英文摘要】:

In the age of intelligence, it is particularly important to enhance teachers' design ability in response to changes in the teaching and learning environment and to continuous innovation, so teachers' design thinking has received much attention. Based on a clear understanding of the connotation of design thinking, this paper puts forward that design thinking enables teachers to guide the design for effective learning, help solve teaching problems and drive innovation in the application of knowledge. Then, a teachers' design thinking framework is constructed from knowledge, competence and beliefs. This paper also suggests that it is necessary to attach importance to the synergistic development of teachers' design thinking and technological literacy, to develop a curriculum that integrates "concepts, methods and tools", to explore ways to integrate design thinking into schools, curricula and classrooms to enhance teachers' design thinking, and help teachers better meet the challenges of the new technological environment.
