    信息化教研赋能教师集群化高质量发展的创新与实践

【中文摘要】:

教师是教育的第一资源,是建成高质量教育体系的重要保障。教研,是教师专业发展的有效途径。为贯彻《教育信息化十年发展规划(2011—2020年)》《教育信息化2.0行动计划》《中共中央 国务院关于全面深化新时代教师队伍建设改革的意见》等国家战略,研究针对“传统教研模式失效、供给失衡、帮扶失准”难题,以实现教师队伍“集群化协同高质量发展”为核心目标,基于“基础调研—理论建构—模式梳理—实证应用—迭代推广”路线,构建了具有创新特色的区域信息化教研“3融1主N创”新形态模型、教师集群式高质量发展的双协同机制、面向教师信息化教研综合素养的精准帮扶策略,并结合“五化”实践策略,形成了信息化教研赋能教师高质量发展的理论与实践体系,推动了教师队伍的集群化高质量发展。


【英文摘要】:

Teachers are the primary resource in education and an important guarantee for a high-quality education system. Teaching and research is an effective way for teachers to develop professionally. In order to implement national strategies such as "Ten-Year Development Plan for Education Informatization(2011—2020)", "Education Informatization 2.0 Action Plan" and "Opinions of the State Council of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Comprehensively Deepening the Reform of the Construction Of Teacher Team in the New Era", this study aims at the problems of "failure of traditional teaching and research models, imbalance of supply and inaccurate support" and takes the realization of "cluster, collaborative and high-quality development" of teacher team as the core goal. Based on the route of "basic research theory construction, model combing, empirical application and iterative promotion", this study constructs a new model of "3 integration, 1 master and N creation" with innovative characteristics for regional information-based teaching and research, a double synergistic mechanism of teachers' high-quality cluster development, and precise strategies for helping teachers' comprehensive information-based teaching and research. Combined with the five practical strategies, the theoretical and practical system of information-based teaching and research to empower teachers' high-quality development has been formed, promoting the high-quality cluster development of a large number of teachers.
