为顺应时代发展,世界各国都在调整教师教育和教师专业发展政策以培养卓越教师,而数据驱动的教学决策是实现这一目标的重要手段和途径。文章通过对数据驱动教学决策相关理论模型的深入分析和原理解读,认为从数据到知识的教学决策模型不仅为教师的数据应用提供了行动框架,同时也为数据时代教师专业能力的发展和提升指明了方向。当前,针对数据驱动的教学决策研究应从一般层面的技术和阶段视角,逐步深入到教育数据应用研究的过程和能力视角,并在全面公平等数据应用伦理的指引下实现数据时代教师的专业发展。


【英文摘要】:

In order to comply with the development of the times, countries all over the world are adjusting the policies for teacher education and teachers' professional development to cultivate excellent teachers, and data-driven instructional decision-making is an important means and approach to achieve this goal. Through the in-depth analysis and interpretation of relevant theoretical models of data-driven instructional decision-making, this paper holds that the data-to-knowledge instructional decision-making model not only provides an action framework for teachers' data application, but also points out the direction for the development and improvement of teachers' professional ability in the data age. At present, the research on data-driven instructional decision-making should gradually go deep into the process and ability of educational data application research from the perspective of technology and stage at the general level, and realize teachers' professional development in the data age under the guidance of data application ethics such as comprehensive fairness.
