    教育新基建时代数字教育资源的建设方向与发展路径

数字教育资源已成为现代教育公共服务的基础组成要素,国家教育新型基础设施建设计划明确提出要将数字教育资源新基建作为重点任务之一。在此背景下,文章梳理了我国数字教育资源的发展现状和现实挑战,结合教育新基建政策的战略布局,解读与阐释了新型资源和工具、资源供给体系与资源监管系统三大建设方向,描绘了智能时代数字教育资源建设的未来图景。文章最后论述了多模态学习分析、学科知识图谱、机器学习、区块链等支撑数字教育资源新基建的关键技术,并提出了推进数字教育资源新基建发展的具体路径:运用互联网思维革新资源共建共享机制;推动技术创新与资源建设创新融合发展;提升资源组织管理的智能化精准性水平;深化基于资源的教学改革与常态化应用;发展人机结合的动态实时资源监管体系。期望为推动新时期数字教育资源改革发展提供理论依据。


【英文摘要】:

Digital education resources have become the basic element of modern educational public services, and in the national plan for the construction of new educational infrastructure, the new infrastructure of digital education resources has been clearly interpreted as one of the key tasks. In this context, this paper sorts out the development status and practical challenges of digital education resources in China, and combined with the strategic layout of the new infrastructure policy for education, interprets and explains three major construction directions of new resources and tools, resource supply system and resource supervision system, and depicts the future picture of digital education resources construction in the intelligent Era. Finally, this paper discusses some key technologies to support the new infrastructure of digital education resources, such as multimodal learning analysis, subject knowledge mapping, machine learning and block chain, and puts forward the specific path to promote the development of the new infrastructure of digital education resources: (1)using Internet thinking to innovate the mechanism for sharing and building resource; (2)promoting the integration and development of technological innovation and resource construction; (3)improving the intelligent and precise level of resource organization and management; (4)deepening resource-based teaching reform and normalized application; and (5)developing a dynamic and real-time resource supervision system that combines man and machine. It is expected to provide a theoretical basis for promoting the reform and development of digital education resources in the new era.
