当前,STEM教育实践正在兴起。一批优秀的学科教师开始走出教学舒适区,引领学校以及区域STEM教育发展。了解引领型STEM教师专业发展的影响因素、专业能力构成和发展路径,可以为STEM教师专业发展提供理论依据和实践指导。对Z省6个区域10位优秀STEM教师进行深度访谈和文本分析后发现:教师性别和专业背景不是影响引领型STEM教师专业发展的主要因素;学校类型及其所在区域对教师专业发展的影响体现在不同的能力维度上;引领型教师专业能力在解决真实STEM问题的过程中得到发展,具有鲜明的实践导向;STEM教育理念在教师学习、实践与创新环节中的进入方式和作用方式各有差异,并影响教师发展路径的选择。最后,研究对STEM教师专业发展提出相应的建议。


【英文摘要】:

At present, STEM education practices are emerging. A group of outstanding subject teachers are stepping out of their comfort zones and leading the development of STEM education in schools and regions. Understanding the influencing factors, the composition of professional competence and the development path of leading teacher in STEM education can provide a theoretical basis and practical guidance for the professional development of STEM teachers. After in-depth interviews and text analysis of 10 outstanding STEM teachers from 6 regions in Province Z, it is found that the gender and professional background of teachers are not the main factors affecting the professional development of leading teachers. And the impact of the school type and its location on teachers' professional development is reflected in different dimensions of the competence. The professional abilities of leading teachers are developed in the process of solving authentic STEM problem with a distinct practical orientation. STEM educational concepts vary in how they enter and function in the process of teachers' learning, practice and innovation, and influence the choice of teacher development path. Finally, the research puts forward corresponding suggestions for the professional development of STEM teachers.
