2020年作为教育信息化“十三五”规划的收官之年,也是“十四五”规划的谋划之年,并有新冠疫情等黑天鹅事件发生,我国智能教育产业发展机遇与挑战并存。文章首先基于PEST分析法,从政策、经济、社会、技术四个维度分析了智能教育产业发展的外部环境与内生动力;其次以教育部教育移动互联网应用程序备案的1899家企业为样本,从产业链、区域分布、注册资本与营收、业务布局等方面对智能教育产业格局进行分析梳理;进而综合学术界与产业界研究,结合我国首批智慧教育示范区创建实践,对区域智能教育应用热点进行了案例分析;最后从产业环境、技术应用、市场核心竞争力、市场主流模式、产业生态等五个方面对智能教育产业的发展趋势进行了展望。


【英文摘要】:

The year 2020 is the closing year of the 13th Five-Year Plan for education informatization and the planning year of the 14th Five-year. With the occurrence of black swan events such as the novel coronavirus epidemic, there are both opportunities and challenges for the development of China's intelligent education industry. Based on the PEST analysis, this paper firstly analyzes the external environment and endogenous power of the development of intelligent education industry from four dimensions of policy, economy, society and technology. Secondly, it analyzes the pattern of intelligent education industry in terms of industry chain, regional distribution, registered capital and revenue, and business layout, etc. by taking 1899 enterprises registered in the educational mobile Internet application program of the Ministry of Education as samples. Based on the academic and industrial research, combined with the practice of establishing the first intelligent education demonstration zone in China, this paper conducts a case study on the hotspots of regional smart education applications. Finally, the development trend of intelligent education industry is projected from five aspects, including industrial environment, technology application, market core competitiveness, market mainstream mode and industrial ecology.
