为了解基础教育互联网学习发展现状,加快推进互联网学习发展,需构建以学习者为中心的关注互联网学习发展的系统评估模型。研究采用调查研究方法,从互联网学习意识、互联网学习应用、互联网学习体验三个维度构建形成CAE评估模型。依照CAE评估模型形成评估框架及量表,并开展调查。数据分析发现,互联网学习有效促进了学习者网络道德与安全意识的提升,互联网学习效果得到学习者充分认可,应用方式多样化发展,学习者家长接受程度有所提升;但也存在城乡发展不均衡,学习者对互联网学习效果认知不充分,环境建设尚不完善,优质资源结构性短缺等问题;同时呈现出了混合式学习应用、学习工具智能化发展、网络学习空间深度应用、师生互联网学习胜任力培训等发展趋势。


【英文摘要】:

In order to understand the current status of the development of Internet learning in basic education and accelerate the development of Internet learning, it is necessary to build a learner-centered systematic evaluation model that focuses on the development of Internet learning. The research adopts a survey research method to construct a CAE evaluation model from three dimensions of Internet learning consciousness, Internet learning application and Internet learning experience. According to the CAE model, an evaluation framework and scale are developed and a survey is conducted. Data analysis finds that Internet learning had effectively promoted learners' awareness of network ethics and safety, the effectiveness of Internet learning has been fully recognized by learners, the application methods are diverse, and the acceptance degree of learners' parents has been improved. However, there are also problems such as unbalanced development between urban and rural areas, learners' insufficient understanding of the effectiveness of Internet learning, imperfect construction of the environment and a structural shortage of high-quality resources. At the same time, the development trends of blended learning application, intelligent development of learning tools, in-depth application of online learning space and Internet learning competency training for teachers and students have been presented.
