STEM教育在世界各国开展,促进全球经济繁荣,但STEM劳动力市场仍存在短缺。为创建高质量的STEM学习和评估任务,欧洲一些国家尝试组织进行规模化的STEM教育评估政策实验,欧盟STEM横向技能评估项目在这样的背景下应运而生。在这个项目中,以STEM核心能力、STEM学习设计原则、形成性评价的任务特点、数字工具的主要特点四个维度搭建了STEM横向技能概念框架。文章在与我国现有的STEM教育现状的对比分析中得到如下启示:STEM能力与核心素养耦合协调,科学指导教育评估;以学生为中心,发展多样化的评估方式;适应教育现代化发展,促进STEM教育评估转型。


【英文摘要】:

STEM education is being carried out in countries around the world and contributing to global economic prosperity, but there is still a shortage in STEM labor market. In order to create high-quality STEM learning and assessment tasks, some European countries have attempted to organize large-scale STEM education assessment policy experiments, and Assessment of Transversal Skills in STEM came into being. In this project, a conceptual framework of Assessment of Transversal Skills in STEM is constructed from four dimensions: STEM core competencies, STEM learning design principles, features of formative assessment tasks, and key features of digital assessment tools. In comparison with the current situation of STEM education in China, this paper concludes that STEM ability and core literacy are coupled and coordinated to guide education evaluation scientifically. And a variety of student-centered assessment methods need to be developed. Moreover, it is necessary to adapt to the development of education modernization and promote the transformation of STEM education assessment.
